MALAYSIA: The global trading website Alibaba.com will organize a Twitter chat with Frank Lavin for entrepreneurs who would like to know how to sell and buy items in China via eCommerce. Frank is CEO of ExportNow and former Undersecretary for International Trade at the U.S. Department of Commerce.
