Thu, May 16, 2013: Intesa San Paolo Bank, the leading bank in Bosnia-Herzegonia and the pan European region has formed a strategic partnership with MoneyGram, allowing them to offer MoneyGram’s international money transfer services through their branches in more than 50 locations throughout the country. The bank aims to roll out the service in September this year.
According to the World Bank, more than 1 million Bosnian citizens live and work outside the country, the 12th-highest proportion of a country’s population living abroad. The majority of money transfer sends to Bosnia originate from Austria, Germany, Switzerland and the United States.
