The Body Shop Indonesia launched its online store to make its customers to buy the products easily, especially for the consumers outside of Jakarta.
Besides the consumers can purchase online from The Body Shop online store anytime, anywhere, the mobile Internet users also can buy its products through its m-commerce service.
The Body Shop Indonesia’s E-commerce and Social Selling Manager Budi Utomo said that their e-commerce and m-commerce service able to address the need of their customers who have not time to visit their physical shop to buy. He added that the online store allows their customers to view the products pricing and specification before purchasing it with secure online payment.
Currently The Body Shop website (www.thebodyshop.co.id) has about 5,000 visitors per day and they are expecting the launch of the online store able to attract 20,000 new Internet users to visit their website.
