Jun 2, 2014 (Mon): Hong Bao Media (HBM), an award-winning producer of video news content, has launched Malaysia’s first conversation engine, dedicated to the production of content marketing videos for marketers in Southeast Asia. Its content marketing production center is located near the Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre in YTL’s Sentul East development.
“Successful content marketing relies on frequently-updated, compelling content, so we want organisations to consider us as their own bolt-on television news station,” said Mark Laudi, Managing Director of Hong Bao Media, at the launch.
According to HBM, content marketing has been adopted rapidly across the world, as consumers expect to engage continuously with brands via social media, rather than being “sold to” in finite campaigns. Online video viewing has become popular in Asia, too, with around 4 in 5 Malaysian internet users watching videos online, according to statistics released by comScore.
