Terry KS 31 Aug, 2013 (Sat): The VNPT Technology Company has launched the first smartphone that designed, assembled and produced in Vietnam named VIVAS Lotus S1, Vietnam News reported. VIVAS Lotus S1 is now available for sales at VND3.9 million (RM606.79) which includes a VinaPhone simcard worth VND 1,250,000 (RM194.48).
