Terry KS Epson Malaysia has introduced the WorkForce Pro EM-C8100 and EM-C8101 A3 Colour Multifunction Printers, combining high performance with eco-friendly technology to help businesses improve productivity while reducing environmental impact.
MALAYSIA, 11 SEPTEMBER 2025 – Epson, a global leader in sustainable printing solutions, has launched the WorkForce Pro EM-C8100 and EM-C8101 A3 Colour Multifunction Printers in Malaysia. Designed for modern offices, the new models deliver high-speed printing, robust productivity, and lower environmental impact through Epson’s Heat-Free Technology.
With businesses increasingly prioritising sustainability, Epson highlights that misconceptions still exist—34% of Southeast Asian decision-makers mistakenly believe laser printers are more sustainable than inkjet printers. The WorkForce Pro EM-C8100/C8101 aims to challenge this perception by offering an advanced alternative that reduces energy use by up to 85% compared to laser printers, while cutting CO₂ emissions and electricity costs.
Built for busy work environments, the EM-C8100/C8101 delivers print speeds of up to 26 images per minute and scan speeds of up to 124 images per minute (duplex). Its high-yield ink packs can produce up to 86,000 pages in black and 50,000 pages in colour, ensuring fewer replacements and uninterrupted workflows. Paper handling capacity reaches up to 1,900 sheets with optional cassettes, further enhancing efficiency.
For seamless integration into hybrid workplaces, the printers feature the Epson Solutions Suite, including Epson Connect, Epson Smart Panel, and Mopria Print Service for mobile and cloud printing. Advanced security is enabled through Epson Print Admin with PIN-protected access and user authentication, while Epson Remote Services provides simplified device management across organisations.
Sustainability is also embedded in the design, which uses 30% recycled plastics and fewer replacement parts compared to laser printers, reducing waste and supporting circular economy practices.
