Emida, a global company in prepayment and value transfer market has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with three parties to offer mobile payment services in Myanmar. The three partners are Myanmar’s Blue Ocean Operating Management (BOOM), Myanmar Technologies Investment Corporation (MTI) and New Zealand’s Oceanic Communications Ltd (OCL).
