Feb 21, 2014 (Fri): To make consumers has more convenient way to buy tickets, Dutch airline KLM has rolled out its latest innovation way to allow its customers to pay for tickets via Facebook and Twitter, Malay Mail reports. After making ticket purchase request at social media sites, customers will be sent a private message and they can select their preferred method of payment and complete the transaction.
