Citibank Malaysia to introduce first AMEX credit card for travellers in Asia

Fri, May 31, 2013: American Express (AMEX) has announced its partnership with Citibank to issue cards in the Asia Pacific region, starting with the launch of the Citi PremierMiles American Express Card in Malaysia.

While getting an enhanced earn rate of 1 PremierMile for every RM2 card spent on everyday purchases, the Citi PremierMiles American Express Card holders will also be able to enjoy complimentary airport limousine service from Kuala Lumpur International Airport upon their return and unlimited access to select Plaza Premium Lounges in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and China. Citibank says the card is the best-in-class travel credit card for Malaysia frequent travellers.
