CIMB Banking Services Will Shut Down on 31/1 – 3/2 for System Upgrade

Jan 27, 2014 (Mon): CIMB Bank has announced that CIMB Clicks will be temporarily unavailable from 11.45 pm, Friday, 31 January 2014 to 6.00 am, Monday, 3 February 2014 to facilitate a system upgrade. During this period, CIMB banking services including ATM, Cash Deposit Machines, Cheque Deposit Machines, Foreign Currency Dispenser, Debit Card Transactions, Mobile Banking and Self-Service Phone Banking will be affected.

After the upgrade, CIMB said all their existing deposits and loans/financing accounts will be assigned new account numbers, a new payment method will be available for CIMB hire purchase payments and the view of ‘Transaction History’ will also be changed.
