CelcomDigi Berhad has introduced a suite of AI-powered tools developed entirely by its own digital talent to boost productivity, efficiency, and customer service. The solutions, first showcased at the ASEAN AI Summit 2025, are being prepared for AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS) deployment to help SMEs adopt AI affordably.
MALAYSIA, 14 AUGUST 2025 – CelcomDigi Berhad (“CelcomDigi”), through its Innovation Centre, has unveiled a portfolio of homegrown artificial intelligence (AI) solutions designed to enhance productivity, streamline operations, and improve customer experiences. Developed entirely in-house, the solutions are already deployed internally and are now being readied for commercial rollout as AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS), allowing small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to access AI capabilities quickly and cost-effectively.
First revealed at the ASEAN AI Summit 2025, the new AI-powered tools include:
- AI as the engine of productivity: A digital assistant that automates routine tasks, delivers relevant information, and frees up employees for higher-value work.
- AI as the enabler of efficiency at work: A Business Case Assistant for automated ROI analysis, projections and modelling, and an Instant Scope of Work Assistant to generate structured contracts with intelligent insights.
- AI as the catalyst for service excellence: A contact centre tool that resolves customer queries faster, improving satisfaction through intelligent automation.
- AI as the backbone for smarter collaboration: The AI Mirror prototype designed to enhance employee engagement, personalise workplace interactions, and strengthen team culture.
