BNI to Expand Its Remittance Representative Outlets in Malaysia

Jan 27, 2014 (Mon): Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), an Indonesia’s state-owned bank will expand its remittance representative outlets in Malaysia from current six outlets, Bernama reports.

According to BNI Deputy Division Head for Corporate Communication Harriny Yulianty, 40 percent of its total remittances were contributed by Indonesians working in Malaysia. The total remittance from Malaysia recorded at US$8.5 million last year.
