Terry KS Aug 26, 2013 (Mon): Baidu Holdings Limited, a subsidiary of Baidu Inc. will acquire 59 per cent of the equity interest in Nuomi Holdings Inc with US$160 million (RM527 million) cash.
Nuomi is a China’s leading provider of group-buying services which is wholly-owned by Renren inc. and it currently has over 3.8 million active paying users.
