Axiata to offers free access to Wikipedia to its mobile customers

MALAYSIA: Axiata, one of the largest Asian telecommunication companies has announced its partnership with the Wikimedia Foundation, allowing its customers throughout Asia to access Wikipedia.com on their mobile devices without any data charges, the Star Online reported. According to Axiata, the program would be rolled out throughout 2013.
