Terry KS Nov 9, 2013 (Sat): AshleyMadison.com, a website for finding an affair and cheating partners had opened up a new domain – ashleymadison.sg for Singapore residents to express their interest in its services before a presumed official launch later this month but the portal was no longer accessible after Friday, AFP reports.
According to the report, Singapore’s government banned the dating website due to it goes against “family values and public morality”. The state regulator Media Development Authority (MDA) said that Ashley Madison is not allowed to operate in Singapore and have worked with Internet Service Providers to block access to the site.
