Arcfra has launched Neutree, a Model-as-a-Service platform aimed at industrialising enterprise AI operations and simplifying production deployment. The platform combines vendor-agnostic AI orchestration with enterprise-grade infrastructure to support scalable, governed AI services.

SINGAPORE, 2 MARCH 2026 – Arcfra has announced the launch of Arcfra Neutree, an enterprise-grade Model-as-a-Service platform designed to industrialise AI operations and close the gap between experimentation and production deployment. As the core component of Arcfra’s AI Infrastructure Solution, Neutree repositions enterprise AI from simply running models to operating them as scalable, governable, and reliable services.

Despite rapid growth in AI adoption, many enterprises continue to face challenges stemming from fragmented GPU resources and complex deployment workflows. Neutree addresses these issues by providing a unified management layer for model inference in private environments, enabling organisations to standardise and streamline AI operations. The platform is available as an open-source project, with an Enterprise Edition offering advanced capabilities such as round-the-clock professional support and deep integration with the Arcfra Enterprise Cloud Platform.

Neutree is designed to be vendor-agnostic, supporting deployment across any Kubernetes cluster, physical server, or virtual machine. It integrates heterogeneous accelerators from NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel into a unified resource pool, allowing AI workloads to transition seamlessly from research and development to edge or data centre environments without refactoring.

The platform also features centralised orchestration of CPU and GPU resources, model registries, and deployments across data centres, public clouds, and edge sites through a single control plane. Its simplified deployment workflow enables users to import models, define compute requirements using a pre-optimised model catalogue, and deploy services with minimal manual intervention. Enterprise governance is supported through multi-tenancy isolation, real-time observability, and role-based access control to improve operational oversight and return-on-investment tracking.

While Neutree delivers the AI software layer, the Arcfra Enterprise Cloud Platform provides the industrial-grade infrastructure foundation, incorporating hybrid scheduling, distributed storage, security, and end-to-end observability. Together, the solution transforms flexible AI tooling into production-ready enterprise infrastructure capable of supporting real-world business workloads at scale.

Early adopters of the platform include ConnectWave, a major e-commerce provider in South Korea, which is working with Arcfra to unify orchestration across model training, fine-tuning, and inference workflows.
