Maybank Singapore is going to launch a streamlined credit card application process on the mobile banking platform, namely “eConcierge” which enable its customers to apply a credit card from Maybank Singapore in a convenient and hassle-free manner, without the need for the applicants to visit a bank branch or snail mail any documents.
“eConcierge” is a phone app with an in-built scanner function which used to scan the required document for credit card application and then it will be transmitted to the bank for application processing. Later, the applicant will be contacted by bank officer for verification to complete the application process.
