The company unveiled its new Radeon™ RX 9060 XT and Radeon™ AI PRO R9700 graphics cards alongside the Ryzen™ Threadripper™ 9000 Series processors, marking a new era in high-performance, AI-infused computing.

Gaming Gets Smarter and Faster: Radeon RX 9060 XT
Targeting mainstream gamers, the Radeon RX 9060 XT delivers ultra-smooth 1440p gameplay with AMD’s RDNA™ 4 architecture, 32 compute units, and up to 16GB of GDDR6 memory. Enhanced with second-generation AI accelerators, it supports FidelityFX™ Super Resolution 4 (FSR 4), Radeon Super Resolution, and Fluid Motion Frames—offering lightning-fast response and immersive visuals.
The RX 9060 XT starts at $299 USD for the 8GB model and $349 USD for the 16GB variant, launching later this year through partners such as ASUS, ASRock, Gigabyte, Sapphire, and others.
AI-Driven Creativity: Radeon AI PRO R9700
For AI developers and creative professionals, AMD introduced the Radeon AI PRO R9700, a 64 CU GPU with 32GB of VRAM and PCIe® Gen 5 support. Engineered for local AI inference, finetuning, and data-heavy workflows, it includes support for multi-GPU scalability and AMD’s ROCm™ software stack for Linux—Windows support coming soon. Availability begins July 2025.
Threadripper 9000 Series: Built for Visionaries
The Ryzen Threadripper PRO 9000 WX-Series is AMD’s most powerful processor family to date, with the flagship 9995WX featuring 96 cores and 192 threads, 384MB L3 cache, and 128 lanes of PCIe 5.0 connectivity. These chips are purpose-built for demanding workloads like AI model training, cinematic VFX, and real-time simulations.

Lenovo also announced that its upcoming ThinkStation P8 will feature the new Ryzen Threadripper PRO processors, unlocking powerful capabilities for creators and professionals.
