Fri, Jun 28, 2013: Agrobank, formerly known as Bank Pertanian Malaysia launched AGRONet Retail Internet Banking (RIB) platform yesterday, Bernama reported. Agrobank expects to have 50,000 subscribers with a transaction value of RM100 million by end of this year. Since the introduction of AGRONet RIB platform in July this year, the platform has attracted over 20,000 subscribers that generated RM36 million transactions.
According to the report, Agrobank will enhance the platform for corporate customers by year-end and continue to add more payee corporations for bill payments.
