This feature allows users to conveniently pay bills in the Philippines using only their smartphone, saving time and money compared to visiting a physical payment location. Customers can pay off or contribute to government loans, insurances, electricity and water bills, donations, telco bills, real estate, and investments, among others.
The app also allows customers to use Scan & Pay to pay off their bills easily and make automatic deposits. Smiles Mobile Remittance is secured by advanced technology such as artificial intelligence and facial recognition and has received awards for its services.
DWG has been operating global services in several countries, including Japan, the US, Canada, the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, EU, and Singapore.
