VIETNAM: VietUnion Online Services Corporation (VietUnion) has introduced Paybill, a bill payment service run on its payment platform Payoo which allows home owners in the country to pay utility bills online, including bills for VNPT, SCTV, SPT and Vinaphone. The service is built on top of Payoo e-wallet, an effective payment mode offered by VietUnion in collaboration with various banks which helps the community to minimize the risks and secure online transaction via users verification process.
