Online music store for Southeast Asia

Prodigium Mobile, a UK-based cloud-based digital media provider launched a new cloud-based music store namely Infogo.com for music lovers in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and India.

Prodigium Mobile CEO Bill Duvall commented people in Southeast Asia previously couldn’t buy high quality, fully licensed, DRM-free music online but now they can directly buy, download and own more than 19 million songs from Infogo.com. The songs are accessible via smartphones and tablets run on Android, Blackberry and iOS platforms. PC and Mac users also can directly connect to infogo.com using a web browser.

Infogo.com is accessible via smartphones, tablets or personal computers. Android and Blackberry device users can download and install an application directly from the infogo.com website. The apps will also be available from the “Google Play” store and Blackberry App World store very soon. PC and Mac users can directly connect to infogo.com using a web browser.

“Simply register to set up an account at infogo.com and you are good to go. Every 320kbps MP3 song that you see in infogo.com is fully licensed and DRM-free, and available for immediate purchase, starting from USD0.99 per song,” Duvall said.

He explained that once the song purchased, it will be stored in your own cloud locker, a unique online storage space for each registered member and this storage can be linked up to 10 connected devices. “You may log in to your cloud locker anytime and download or stream the same song to a maximum of 9 other connected devices. In the near future, you can even download the song directly to your car stereo, courtesy of Clarion,” he added.
