Baidu acquires PPS Internet video provider for US$370m
Fri, May 10, 2013: Baidu Inc recently announced that the Chinese language Internet search provider has acquired PPS for US$370 million (RM1.1 billion). Baidu will merge the leading Internet video provider PPS with its own video platform iQiyi and making iQiyi to become the largest online video platform by number of mobile users and video viewing time in China.
