Yahoo! acquires OnTheAir
OneTheAir, a small startup specializing in broadcasting video chats or interviews to online audiences announced that OnTheAir has been acquired by Yahoo! OnTheAir was founded early of this year by Abel Allison, Daniel Hopkins, Erik Goldman, Josh Schwarzapel and Mike Kerzhner and back by a US$800,000 in seed round led by IronPort’s Scott Banister and About Me’s Tony Conrad via True Ventures.
The financial terms of this acquisition were not disclosed but Yahoo! said the five members of OnTheAir would join their mobile technology team.
