Tech Data’s subsidiary, Tec D1, has partnered with GitLab Inc. to offer GitLab’s DevSecOps platform to customers and partners across Asia Pacific and Japan. The partnership aims to address the increasing demand for application modernization and DevOps solutions in the region, with application modernization being a top priority for 86% of enterprises in Asia Pacific.
The partnership will enable channel partners and independent software vendors to leverage the benefits of application modernization and DevOps, improving cycle time, reducing development costs, and increasing speed to market. GitLab’s DevSecOps platform will be available in eight markets across the region, and will be the centerpiece of Tec D’s application modernization offerings. The platform empowers organizations to deliver software faster and more efficiently while strengthening security and compliance.
