U.S. (July 19, 2013): Intel Corporation, via its online statement announced that it has formed a research collaboration with leading universities worldwide to explore technologies for next-generation wireless networks. Intel has allocated at least US$3 million (RM9.61 million) as research fund to support the research which focuses on topics including how to improve quality of service via context awareness, wireless device power efficiency and enabling new radio spectrum.
