Dec 13, 2013 (Fri): Instagram is introducing Instagram Direct, a new way for its users to share their best moments to family members and friends.
Instagram users now can see a new icon in the top right corner of their home feed and just tap it to open inbox where they will see photos and videos that people have sent to them. If the send is the one you follow, you will see it immediately. If someone you’re not following, you can decide to watch or not to watch.
To send using Instagram Direct, users just need to tap the names of the people they want to send photo or video to, write caption and tap “send” to complete the sharing. Users also able to see who’s liked their photo or video as well as watch their recipients commenting in real time as the conversation unfolds.
