Fri, Jul 5, 2013: Rakuten Ichiba Taiwan has partnered with two Singapore based companies to launch a new social e-commerce platform in Taiwan namely OSha’re emphasizing on women’s fashion. They are ViSenze, a spin-off company from NExT that focusing in unlocking the intelligence captured in any rich visual content using sophisticated visual recognition technology and visual driven analytics, and Clozette, a social networking & shopping portal that serves a universe of fashion forward ladies.
One of interesting features offered by OSha’re is it allows customers to find a similar outfit or item of clothing by uploading pictures or image URLs.
