Delmates.com acquires IloveDiscounts.com for its expansion in Malaysia
Malaysia’s fast growing flash sales site, Dealmates.com has acquired Ilovediscount.com, an online group buying company which has added additional 250,000 members to make its number of members to reach 750,000 in the country, reports Malaysian Reserve.
After the expansion, Dealmates aims to become the largest and most active online shopping site in the country and expected to generate a revenue of RM30 million this year. Dealmates.com is founded in 2011 by DealMates Sdn Bhd, a joint venture between Catch Group Sdn Bhd and Intel Capital.
