  1. First of all, i have been support this seller for years and with many many orders. I couldn’t count. I believe the seller could able to tell. How supportive i have been all this years.

    Since recent last year, their service is totally sucks thats what i can say. Order delay, is fine…most important thing is not replying email and even message in FB also don bother to revert to me. I made an order,which normally they will update me shipping info and customer service respond very fast which treat by a so call priority customer service. I’ve send many emails, messages via FB and they don bother, and yet they revert me in this way’ which saying that they have been treating me well offer birthday discount and so on” can you please tell me, since when i have get any special discount from you??? even my birthday do you offer any special deal o???NOT at all, please check or think twice before you say that!! you can listed out how much orders i ave with you and is there any special discount given???
    I never ask for that!! Just asking for prompt respond! and you have drag my order for more than a weeek and no respond t email and message at all! If your dare and genuine, please put your contact number!! You scare customer calling you issit?? We should make a complaint to gov department to mentioned this company doing online business and don’t want to provide contact which against the online business rules!!
